Overview of the Program

CRH7111 Series energy storage door machine energy saving system is an energy storage system composed of bidirectional DC / DC converter and ultracapacitors. The output DC bus of the energy saving system is connected with the DC bus of the door converter. When the bucket is on-load or on-load, the gravitational potential energy is converted into electric energy and returned to the DC bus of the frequency converter. The energy saving system stores the excess energy raised by the DC bus to the ultracapacitor.

Overview of the Program

CRH7112 Series battery transfer system is a kind of specially designed for tire crane energy saving and energy recovery integration system. When the tire crane is transferred, the power battery system supplies power to the tire crane system through the seamless switching control system which provides electricity for the tire crane and connects the power grid at the same time, the DC bus to achieve the energy saving. On the basis of improving the flexibility of tire rotation field, the system improves the economy of energy storage system through potential energy recovery.

Operational Principle

Potential energy feedback mode

When RTG lifting mechanism drops, the gravitational potential energy is converted into electric energy, which is absorbed by the battery pack to realize feedback charging.

Energy compensation mode

When RTG lifting mechanism rises, the power is returned to DC bus to reduce energy consumption.

Transfer operation mode

When tire crane is transferred, the power supply of the power grid is cut off first, and the seamless switch control system realizes the power switch. After the transfer position, the power supply is switched to complete the transfer process.

CRH7114 series tug hybrid propulsion system is a hybrid propulsion system that integrates linear drive device, energy management system and / or energy storage device.

Port tug hybrid propulsion system is composed of generator set, lithium battery pack, DC conversion system, etc. The generator set and lithium battery pack are connected to the DC bus through the centralized frequency conversion control distribution system of DC bus.




Work Pattern

Operational Principle

Conventional Mode

Two hosts run the driving propeller;

The two main engines drive the shaft to supply power to the whole ship  (the battery can be charged if needed);

The auxiliary generator stops the operation.

Downtime Mode

Bank power / battery power supply;

The auxiliary generator stops the operation.

Transfer Operation Mode 1

Battery-driven shaft belt electric generator;

 The host machine / auxiliary generator stops running.

Transfer Operation Mode 2

 The two hosts stop running;

Overview of the Program

CRH7113 Series tire crane hybrid power system is a hybrid integrated system designed for energy saving and consumption reduction based on the requirements of port machine. This system is composed of modular battery pack, AC-DC converter and control system. When the tire crane rises, the lithium battery pack provides energy to the driver. When the tire crane drops, the lifting motor charges the energy through the lithium battery pack control unit. The system optimizes the use of diesel generator set to charge the diesel engine, battery power operation, and braking energy feedback to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment.






Work Pattern

Operational Principle

Diesel engine charging working mode

When the battery pack SOC is lower than the precharge low value, start the diesel generator to charge the battery pack, the power demand of RTG is still powered by the battery pack; when the battery pack SOC reaches the preset high value, the   diesel  engine stops charging.

Battery power working mode

When the SOC of the battery pack reaches the preset high value, the diesel engine stops working, and the energy required for RTG work is supplied by the battery pack;

When the battery pack SOC falls to the low pre-charge value, the diesel engine starts running to charge the battery.

Potential energy feedback work mode

When the RTG lifting mechanism drops, the gravitational potential energy is converted into electric energy, and the battery pack absorbs the energy, and the battery pack is in the energy feedback charging mode.

Single-diesel engine working mode

When the battery pack fails, the battery pack is out of operation, and the diesel unit serves as a single power supply to realize the heavy-load slow drop, no-load lifting, car and cart shift and other operations.
