Product Introduction

The 40-foot energy storage battery container developed by Chengrui Electric Power Technology is mainly suitable for 1000V energy storage system. The battery capacity is 3 MWh, the discharge rate is 0.5C, and the battery uses lithium iron phosphate battery. The system is composed of 18 battery clusters (168.96kWh for each battery) and 3 confluence cabinets. The high energy density can meet the demand of peak shifting and valley filling of the power grid. It can also form wind storage or light storage system with wind power or photovoltaic system to improve energy utilization, improve the reliability of power supply, green environmental protection, and respond to the national "two-carbon" strategy.



Product Feature

1) The structure stability of the single cluster battery is good, meeting the overall lifting and transportation requirements of the container;

2) The heat dissipation design of the battery pack structure is reasonable and matches with the temperature control system to ensure that the battery operates within the most appropriate temperature range;

3) The battery pack is easy to remove and has good maintainability for later maintenance;

4) BMS has the equilibrium function and effectively improves the inconsistency of single cells.
