CRH7111 series energy storage type energy saving system for gantry machine designed by Chengrui Power Technology is an energy storage system composed of bidirectional DC/DC converter and super capacitor. The output DC bus of the energy storage type gantry energy saving system is connected to the DC bus of the inverter of the gantry. When the bucket is falling with no load or with load, the gravitational potential energy will be converted into electric energy and fed back to the DC bus of the inverter, and the energy storage type gantry energy saving system will store the excess energy of the DC bus lifting to the super capacitor; When the bucket is rising with no load or with load, the energy storage type gantry energy saving system will release the recovered power from super capacitor to the DC bus of the inverter, and the power grid will be connected to the DC bus of the inverter, and the super capacitor will be connected to the inverter. When the bucket rises with no load or with load, the energy saving system of energy storage type gate machine will release the power energy recovered from the super capacitor to the inverter to drive the bucket to rise together with the power grid.
