Product Introdution

To meet the requirements of pure electric ship charging, electricity, cheng electric technology launched 10 feet, 20 feet of high energy density standard power container, meet the requirements of energy storage, on the ship access to dc network power system, provide electricity for ship navigation and daily load, seamless access to the shore charging network to realize power container fast charging.

The system adopts the integrated container design, integrated with standard battery cluster, temperature control system, intelligent control system, fire protection system, etc. The whole system adopts standard container installation, high degree of system integration, high energy density, meet the Marine power requirements, strong environmental adaptability, effectively reduce the workload of on-site installation, commissioning and later maintenance.

Product Features

1) High safety: DC side safety protection system, surge suppression, safety grounding, three-level BMS battery management system and automatic fire control system design to ensure safe and stable operation of the system; on-line insulation monitoring, multi-stage circuit breaker and linkage protection design; intelligent fire control system design, multi-point monitoring and early warning, rapid fire extinguishing.

2) High efficiency and high energy density: through the selection of high efficiency cells and the design of intelligent temperature control system, ensure the battery operation in the optimal temperature range, improve the system efficiency and battery life.

3) High integration: integrated design, supporting up to 0.25C continuous charge and discharge, high integration, reducing system cost; system integration local controller, realize comprehensive management of equipment layer and unified communication interface and protocol.

4) Strong environmental adaptability: the battery container has wind and rain protection, wind load, snow load, seismic design, and the system can be applied to all kinds of harsh environments.
