Vision-based anti-collision system
Product Introduction RTG automatic deviation correction system consists of high-precision camera, image acquisition and processor, PLC controller, frequency converter and bus motor, etc. RTG automatic deviation correction system collects real-time image data of lane line through 4 cameras in the running direction of bus and transmits the image data to the industrial control machine, which recognizes and detects the RTG direction deviation and position deviation through the algorithm of processing the image data, and completes the reception of deviation information and the processing of driving control through PLC. The PLC receives the deviation information and handles the control of the vehicle, and controls the speed difference between the left and right motors of the vehicle through the frequency converter to achieve the function of automatic deviation correction.
