Product Introduction

This product mainly has two types: charging pile and charging pile, which can cope with the charging demand of electric ships of various scenarios and different power levels.

The charging pile adopts modular design, has multiple protection functions, intelligent power automatic distribution and charging control system, and has the characteristics of high conversion efficiency, stable output current and high reliability.

Charging piles can be divided into split and centralized types, which can be configured according to actual requirements. Through the flexible distribution of power, it controls the charging terminal to charge the electric ship, effectively reducing the cost of station construction.



Product Features

1) With mechanical chain and electrical chain control, including interlock of cable plug and charging outlet circuit breaker, and interlock of box door and charging outlet circuit breaker;

2) The charging pile is equipped with a low-voltage socket meets the IEC80005 standard and can meet the requirements of the single plug or double plug cable plug on the ship;

3) The charging pile shell shall be made of 316 grade stainless steel, with a thickness of not less than 3mm;

4) The charging pile is outdoor, with the ability of long-term continuous work, with the functions of moisture, salt spray, corrosion, dust and other functions, and the protection level is not lower than IP56;

5) The charging pile has the following components and functions: power indicator light, safety interlock device, heater, humidity controller, emergency stop button, power operation warning light, limit switch and etc.  Also, has the function of accessing the charging cloud network through the network module.
